Return Policy
Drug Screen Online offers a "no questions asked" 30 day money back, satisfaction guarantee return policy. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment. Returns requested after thirty (30) days must be pre-approved and may be subject to a restocking charge. Only unopened test kits may be returned for credit. All returns must conform to the following procedure to insure accurate processing of credit issuance and/ or replacement:

Request a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) by sending an e-mail to sales@drugscreenonline.com with your original order number, date, and item(s) you wish to return. A RGA number will be assigned and sent to you by return e-mail. Return the item(s) postage paid (insured return receipt is suggested on returns over $50). Be sure to mark the address with the assigned RGA # and include a copy of your original order, order number or packing list to expedite processing and issuance of credit. Important: Opened or used test kits or otherwise damaged goods cannot be returned and credit will not be issued. Returns sent postage due or freight collect will not be accepted. Furthermore, Drug Screen Online cannot be responsible for unsolicited returns without an assigned return goods authorization number.

Shipment Policy
Shipments are generally sent via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex. We apologize that we cannot guarantee delivery times or service guidelines established by UPS,USPS or FedEx or be responsible for carrier shipment delays, lost shipments, stolen mail, clerical or typographical errors in shipping information provided by customers during their order entry process, or other similar delivery problems once shipments have left our distribution facilities.

Note: All shipments from Drug Screen Online shall be insured to product value.

Sample Policy
Drug Screen Online offers small quantity 2 test starter kits for sale to those companies wanting to try our products for the first time. Without exception, our policy is to charge for these samples. If potential contract or volume accounts desire samples, they should be ordered normally through our online ordering system.

Literature Policy
We believe that the information contained on our website is comprehensive and detailed with regard to individual products.
